EPHEMERAL ROSE is a pinky lilac with delicate blue sheen. Cheek and eye safe. The "Belt of Venus" is the atmospheric phenomenon that produces a lovely pink glow of this hue, on the horizon at dusk and dawn. It's most noticeable in the winter months.
